Hotel Terms and Conditions<\/b><\/h2>\n

1. Check-in and Check-out<\/b><\/h3>\n

  • Check-out time is until <\/span>check-out<\/b> es hasta las <\/span>11:00 AM<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may <\/span><\/li>\n
  • incur an additional charge.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Reservations and Payments<\/b><\/h2>\n

    Identification<\/b><\/h3>\n

    To ensure the safety of all our guests, it will be necessary to present a <\/span>valid identity document<\/b> at the time of check-in.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>If it has not been provided previously, it can be delivered upon arrival at the accommodation.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Payment Conditions<\/b><\/h3>\n

    Payments are made according to the conditions established in the reservation:<\/span><\/p>\n

    • 30% of the total amount<\/b> to formalize the reservation and block the dates.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • The remaining 70%<\/b> must be paid <\/span>15 days before the arrival date<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Security Deposit<\/b><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • For reservations of <\/span>groups of more than 10 people<\/b>, a <\/span>security deposit of \u20ac150.00<\/b> may be requested.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • The deposit will be paid upon arrival.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • After departure and verification of the good condition of the accommodation, the amount will be fully refunded.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • In case of damages derived from non-compliance with the rules of the accommodation, the corresponding cost will be deducted from the deposit.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Payment Methods<\/b><\/h3>\n

        We accept the following forms of payment:<\/span><\/p>\n

        • Bizum: <\/span>606 371 552<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • PayPal: <\/span>srsusanar@googlemail.com<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Note:<\/b> Payments made through PayPal have a surcharge of <\/span>\u20ac35.00 per transaction<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

          Reservation Confirmation<\/b><\/h3>\n

          The reservation will be <\/span>automatically confirmed<\/b> once the payment of the deposit is received.<\/span>
          \n<\/span>The payment reference must include:<\/span><\/p>\n

            \n
          • Full name.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Reserved accommodation.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Check-in and check-out dates.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Cancellation Policy<\/b><\/h3>\n
              \n
            • Cancellations made <\/span>more than 30 days<\/b> in advance: <\/span>100%<\/b> refund of the amount paid as a reservation.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Cancellations between <\/span>30 and 15 days<\/b> before arrival: <\/span>50%<\/b> refund of the amount paid.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Cancellations within <\/span>15 days prior<\/b> to arrival: the amount paid <\/span>will not be refundable<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • If the total payment of the reservation is not completed before arrival, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              3. Guest Conduct<\/b><\/h3>\n

              • Guests must maintain respectful behavior towards staff and other guests.<\/span><\/li>\n
              • Excessive noise is not allowed, especially between <\/span>11:00 PM and 9:00 AM<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
              • Any damage caused to the hotel facilities will be the responsibility of the guest.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                4. Use of Rooms<\/b><\/h3>\n
                  \n
                • The rooms are for the exclusive use of registered guests.<\/span><\/li>\n
                • Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and in the interior areas of the hotel.<\/span><\/li>\n
                • Guests must keep the room in good condition and report any inconvenience to the reception.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  5. Security<\/b><\/h3>\n

                  • Each guest is responsible for their personal belongings.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • The hotel is not responsible for the loss of unsecured valuables.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • Security regulations and emergency exits must be respected.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    6. Pets<\/b><\/h3>\n

                    • Pets are <\/span>not allowed <\/b>according to the hotel policy.<\/span><\/li>\n
                    • If they are allowed, they must be supervised and additional charges may apply.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      7. Facilities and Services<\/b><\/h3>\n

                      • The hotel facilities must be used responsibly.<\/span><\/li>\n
                      • Misuse of the facilities may result in the restriction of access to services.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                        8. Right of Admission<\/b><\/h3>\n

                        • The hotel reserves the right of admission and permanence in case of non-compliance with these rules.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
