Hotel Terms and Conditions

1. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in time is from check-in es a partir de las 4:00 PM.
  • Check-out time is until check-out es hasta las 11:00 AM.
  • Early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may
  • incur an additional charge.

Reservations and Payments

Identification

To ensure the safety of all our guests, it will be necessary to present a valid identity document at the time of check-in.
If it has not been provided previously, it can be delivered upon arrival at the accommodation.

Payment Conditions

Payments are made according to the conditions established in the reservation:

  • 30% of the total amount to formalize the reservation and block the dates.
  • The remaining 70% must be paid 15 days before the arrival date.

Security Deposit

  • For reservations of groups of more than 10 people, a security deposit of €150.00 may be requested.
  • The deposit will be paid upon arrival.
  • After departure and verification of the good condition of the accommodation, the amount will be fully refunded.
  • In case of damages derived from non-compliance with the rules of the accommodation, the corresponding cost will be deducted from the deposit.

Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Bank transfer.
  • Bizum: 606 371 552.
  • PayPal: srsusanar@googlemail.com.

Note: Payments made through PayPal have a surcharge of €35.00 per transaction.

Reservation Confirmation

The reservation will be automatically confirmed once the payment of the deposit is received.
The payment reference must include:

  • Full name.
  • Reserved accommodation.
  • Check-in and check-out dates.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance: 100% refund of the amount paid as a reservation.
  • Cancellations between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 50% refund of the amount paid.
  • Cancellations within 15 days prior to arrival: the amount paid will not be refundable.
  • If the total payment of the reservation is not completed before arrival, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund.

3. Guest Conduct

  • Guests must maintain respectful behavior towards staff and other guests.
  • Excessive noise is not allowed, especially between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
  • Any damage caused to the hotel facilities will be the responsibility of the guest.

4. Use of Rooms

  • The rooms are for the exclusive use of registered guests.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and in the interior areas of the hotel.
  • Guests must keep the room in good condition and report any inconvenience to the reception.

5. Security

  • Each guest is responsible for their personal belongings.
  • The hotel is not responsible for the loss of unsecured valuables.
  • Security regulations and emergency exits must be respected.

6. Pets

  • Pets are not allowed according to the hotel policy.
  • If they are allowed, they must be supervised and additional charges may apply.

7. Facilities and Services

  • The hotel facilities must be used responsibly.
  • Misuse of the facilities may result in the restriction of access to services.

8. Right of Admission

  • The hotel reserves the right of admission and permanence in case of non-compliance with these rules.
